Please make sure that you complete and submit this form by close of business on TUESDAY 17th October if you wish to have a shirt or you may miss out. If you do intend to submit an order, please advise Julie so we will know when all orders are in and we may be able to close off orders.
Please remember to ask adults associated with the team if they would like a T-shirt too.
PLEASE NOTE: There are three colour options available in the adult sizes, white, carolina blue and bright royal. Youth sized shirts are available in the same colours this year. All colour options have the FPSNZ logo and a special design, unique to 2023, on the front of the shirt.

National Finals T-shirts are always very popular, so you will definitely need to place an order if you want one. We only order the required number of T-shirts. DO NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! We do not order extra shirts and orders can not be taken after the event.
Sizes: Please select carefully as there will be no returns. The size charts for both adult and youth shirts are at the bottom of this page. If you were to take a t-shirt that fits and lay it flat, then body width is the measurement taken from under the sleeves from one side seam to the other.
